Event & Class Policies

WINTER WEATHER POLICY:  In case of inclement weather, the Noodles & Noggins Fun Club will follow the Fairfax County school schedule. If schools are closed, Noodles & Noggins events will be cancelled. If schools are open late, there will be no morning events. If schools close early, there will be no after-school events. All cancellations will be announced on our website. Thanks for your understanding of how a school delay affects many families differently, and for our need to have a consistent, clear policy for everyone. We will do our best to fit kids in for makeup classes for any sessions missed.
Payment.  Your class registration is not complete until we receive full payment or we have arranged a payment plan with you.
Class Scheduling.  We fully intend to offer all class times as listed, but reserve the right to move kids to another class or refund your money (your choice) if we have less than 5 kids enrolled in a particular class.
Refunds.  We will refund your money in full until the end of the first day of class, no questions asked.  Due to the nature of our business, however, we cannot make refunds on a class-by-class basis.  Please take advantage of our makeup classes instead. 
Makeup Classes.  We will always do our best to reschedule your child for a makeup class, subject to space availability.  Please call ahead to make arrangements.  Makeup classes can’t be carried over from term to term or “saved up” to use as a credit for a different class. 
Sick Policy.  We ask that you use your best judgment when deciding whether a sick child should attend class, and reserve the right to send home a child who appears to be infectious.  We’ll gladly schedule a makeup class!
Class Observation.  We invite you to relax in our lounge area while your child is in class.  Children who are not attending a class must be attended by a responsible adult at all times.  We cannot take responsibility for children left unattended.
Drop-off and Pick-up.  A responsible adult must sign your child in and out of class each day.  Children must be signed out within 10 minutes of the end of class.  Parents will be assessed a late pick-up fee of $15 per child for every 15 minute interval thereafter until the child is picked up. 
Clothing. Children should be dressed appropriately for the weather. We will be both inside and out during class if the weather is good. Please make sure to send the appropriate clothing. If there area any issues with your child going outside, please let us know and we will plan accordingly.
Medical Needs.  Noodles & Noggins staff cannot store or administer medicines to students, change diapers or toilet children.
