Mr. Banjo Man (aka Frank Cassel) is coming to do a a special LIVE performance
just for our Story Time. He's known around the DC area for his lively
and engaging interactive entertainment for children of all ages.

Sing, clap and tap along to a very special Story Time event
with guest, Oh Susannah! She's one of the best children's
artists around! So, get on your feet - feel the beat!
Kids will be inspired to make up their own songs and dances. It's
a joyful experience that will be remembered for a very long time!

Decorate your own flip flops with this cool
kit that was featured in Young Miss and Mary-kate and Ashley.

July 13th: GETTING
GROOVY WITH
TIE DYE
Create a psychedelic frenzy on a tee shirt. We’ll supply all
the materials needed to have a groovy experience. Twist, knot and
tie tee shirts to create totally cool designs in far out colors.
Bring an additional item to tie dye too!!!

20th: Make Your Own Bluebird House
BLUE BIRD, BLUE BIRD FLY AWAY HOME……and
fly right into your own Blue Bird house built and designed by your
kids. Spend the afternoon constructing, painting and decorating
safe harbors for their feathery friends. Build and decorate your
own authentic bluebird house.
August
3rd: PUTTING ON THE GLITZ WITH POTTERY
Design your own pottery and bring home your very own creation. We’ll
provide everything you’ll need to make fun stuff from pampered
pet dishes for your favorite critter to a mini windowsill garden
set, tea time party sets, and chic rhinestone pocket purses plus
much, much more.

24th: BACK TO SCHOOL IN STYLE
Why go back to school with the same book bag everyone else has?
Design your own book bag and school items that show your own unique
style and personality.
February Open House to Benefit Juvenile Diabetes
We’re having an Open House on 2/12!
And, to celebrate Valentine’s Day, we’ll have all the
fixings you need for making your own Valentine’s Day creation
(for free!). Card kits will also be available for sale. A portion
of the proceeds from Valentine’s Day card kit sales will be
donated to the Juvenile Diabetes foundation. Mudpies will also be
in the store to do impressions.
HAVE YOU EVER HEARD OF MUDPIES????
These custom ceramic impressions of little hands and feet are adorable
and guaranteed to be cherished for a lifetime. It starts with the
imprint of a hand or foot in soft clay and is carefully hand finished
in a variety of color combinations. A beautiful keepsake, they can
be hung on a wall or displayed in an easel. (We have some samples
in the store!) Mudpies will be in the store on 2/12 taking impressions
